摘要
利用incopat、智慧芽专利检索数据库对光谱共焦传感器技术专利全球发展态势和专利技术构成进行分析。结果显示:光谱共焦传感器技术全球专利申请总体态势自2015年进入快速发展期,近20年申请量排名前十的技术申请人大部分为外国公司和中国高校院所,已形成了围绕基础架构和理论的专利垄断。国内企业在光谱共焦传感器技术领域研发力度较弱。基于此,分别从技术、战略和专利保护应急和预警机制建设方面提出针对性建议。
The global development trend and patent technology composition of spectral confocal sensor technology patents are analyzed by using incopat and smart bud patent retrieval database. The analysis results show that the overall trend of global patent applications for spectral confocal sensor technology has entered a period of rapid development since 2015. Most of the top ten technology applicants in recent 20 years are foreign companies and Chinese universities and institutes. Domestic enterprises have weak R & D efforts in the field of spectral confocal sensor technology, and have formed a patent monopoly around infrastructure and theory. Based on the above analysis results, targeted suggestions are put forward from the aspects of technology, strategy and the construction of patent protection emergency and early warning mechanism.
