摘要
近些年来,我国城市中有大量旧工业建筑被重新改造利用。由于工业厂房在建筑形式和采光模式上都较为特殊,当被改造成其他类型建筑后,其室内采光或多或少会产生各种问题。本文以南京一个较具代表性的旧工业厂房真实改造案例为研究对象,利用研究团队自己研发的“基于多目标优化算法的天然光视觉与非视觉效应耦合优化设计工具”,对改造后的办公空间进行基于视觉与非视觉效应的耦合优化采光研究,并提出了采光优化设计方案。此外,研究也显示出同时考虑视觉与非视觉效应的天然采光设计方案,与仅考虑视看效果的设计方案并不相同。由此可见,营造优质健康的天然光环境需要同时考虑视觉与非视觉效应的影响。
In recently years, a large number of old industrial buildings in Chinese cities have been renovated and reused. Since old industrial building is quite unique in its architectural form and daylighting mode, its indoor daylighting may have various problems when it is transferred into other building type. Taking a real renovated old industrial building in Nanjing as an example, this paper studies its daylighting design based on visual and non-visual effects. A daylighting multi-objective optimization tool based on visual and non-visual effects developed by the research team is applied in this study. In addition, the research results show the coupling optimization daylighting design that considers both visual and non-visual effects is different from the design that considers visual effects only. As a result, it is necessary to consider both visual and non-visual effects for creating a high quality and healthy daylight environment.
