摘要
为了响应国家供给侧改革以及有关绿水青山计划,结合整个滑石行业淘汰落后产能解决初级产品产能过剩问题,也为了促进整个滑石行业技术提升,本文通过对15家滑石粉生产企业的能源消耗进行调研统计,根据数据综合分析,归纳总结出滑石粉单位产品综合能耗限额等级和计算公式,结合滑石企业生产实际现状,给出节能降耗的建议。
In order to responde with the national supply-side reform and the plan of clear water and green mountains, eliminate backward production capacity of the whole talc industry to solve the overcapacity problem of primary products, and promote the technology improvement of the whole talc industry, this paper conducted research and statistics on the energy consumption of 15 talc production enterprises. According to the comprehensive analysis of the data, The limit level and calculation formula of comprehensive energy consumption per unit product of talc are obtained. Combined with the actual production situation of talc enterprises, suggestions on energy saving and consumption reduction are given.
