摘要
有机磷酸酯(organophosphate ester,OPEs)作为一类新型塑料助剂可以提高产品的阻燃性、增塑性以及润滑性等,由此产生的环境污染已成为业界热点话题.有研究表明,OPEs可在大气、水、土壤以及沉积物等多种环境介质中存在,但在各类环境介质中的分布却极不均衡.研究发现生物体内大量OPEs的存在会使个体组织产生氧化损伤、细胞凋亡,影响生殖及发育等.鉴于现存关于OPEs的研究数据有限,该文综述了不同环境中OPEs的赋存状态以及对生物的毒性效应等数据,旨在为因OPEs产生的污染以及未来可行的处理方法提供科学依据.
Organophosphate Ester(OPEs),as a new type of plastic additives,can improve the flame retardancy,plasticization and lubricity of products.The resulting environmental pollution has become a hot topic in the industry.It has been shown that OPEs can exist in the atmosphere,water,soil and sediment,but the distribution of OPEs in various environmental media was very uneven.It was found that the existence of a large number of OPEs in organism will cause oxidative damage,cell apoptosis,and affect reproduction and development.In view of the limited research data on OPEs,this paper reviews the existing state of OPEs in different environments and their toxic effects on living organisms.The purpose is to provide scientific basis for the pollution caused by OPEs and the feasible treatment methods in the future.
