摘要 该文根据中国医师协会发布的《住院医师规范化培训入轮转科室教育指南(2022年版)》(简称《入科教育指南》),分别从入科教育现状与问题、指南重点介绍和重要问题讨论3部分对《入科教育指南》进行解读,并对“入轮转科室教育”与“入专业基地教育”的区别、入科教育的“共性”与“个性”、入科教育的“内容”与“形式”、入科教育的“数量”与“质量”4个方面进行重点说明。 According to the Guideline for Departmental Orientation in Standardized Residency Training( 2022 Edition) issued by Chinese Medical Doctor Association, the present article interprets the guideline from the three parts: the current status, guideline highlights, and discussion of important issues. It also highlights the difference of orientation between department and profession, between "commonality" and "individuality", between "content" and "form", between "quantity" and "quality".
