有机酸对硅钼黄法测定卤水中偏硅酸根质量浓度影响的研究

摘要 采用单因素法,研究磷酸根对硅钼黄法定量分析卤水中偏硅酸根质量浓度的影响,并对比草酸和甲酸消除磷酸根影响的效果。试验结果显示:采用硅钼黄法时,偏硅酸根的最大吸收波长为410 nm;当溶液中磷酸根的质量浓度为6.00 mg/L时,计算质量浓度的相对误差均大于5.0%;草酸消除磷酸根影响的效果比甲酸好,加入草酸后误差均小于5.0%。 Univariate method is used to study the effect of phosphate on metasosilicate mass concentration in brine by quantitative silicon molybdenum yellow method,and the effects of oxalic acid and formic acid on the elimination of phosphate are compared.The results show that the maximum absorption wavelength of metasilicate is 410 nm when silicon molybdenum yellow method is used;when the mass concentration of phosphate in solution is 6.00 mg/L,the relative error of calculated mass concentration is greater than 5.0%;the effect of oxalic acid on the elimination of phosphate is better than formic acid,and the error is less than 5.0% after adding oxalic acid.
