摘要
基于模组冷却方式的研究现状,设计出全接触液冷封闭型结构模组,并对该结构模组电芯的温升进行了简单的比较。封闭型模组采用方棚油和乙二醇作为冷却媒介,浸没电芯深度为50%。实验研究表明,在冷却液浸没且静置模式下,不同倍率的充电工况对封闭型模组的温升影响不大,温升控制良好。
Based on the research status of module cooling model,a full contact liquid-cooled closed structural module was designed,and the temperature rise of the cell in this structural module was compared.The closed module used square shed oil and ethylene glycol as cooling media and immersed the cell at a depth of 50%.The experimental study shows that in the coolant immersion and static setting model,the charging condition with different times has little impact on the temperature rise of the closed module,and the temperature rise is well controlled.
