摘要
以存在煤炭采空区的地铁区间为例,总结了盾构法施工地铁区间煤炭采空区处理关键技术。为了解决由于煤炭采空区存在区间盾构法施工时出现的栽头、陷落、坍塌等风险,从边界探测、注浆充填、无封边注浆法、注浆效果检测及验收四个方面介绍了该工况下采空区处理措施。从后期盾构施工和地铁运营来看,通过采用该技术处理后的采空区加固效果和密实度好,隧道施工过程和运营过程安全顺利。
Based on the construction practice, the key treatment technologies of coal goaf in the subway section by shield tunneling are summarized. In order to avoid the risks of sinking, collapse and so on, technologies of boundary detection, grouting filling, grouting method without edge sealing and grouting effect detection have been introduced. From the later shield construction and subway operation, the goaf reinforcement effect and compactness treated by these technologies mentioned above are good. The tunnel construction process and operation process are safe and smooth.
