摘要
以广州地铁18号线番南区段盾构隧道工程穿越既有高架桥为例,采用数值模拟方法,研究盾构隧道下穿高架桥时,对高架桥结构的影响。研究结果表明:高架桥结构变形小于标准控制值。同时对桥梁上部结构进行安全验算,验算结果表明盾构施工对桥梁影响处于安全范围内,即不会对桥梁安全运营产生较大的影响。研究方法和成果对同类工程风险控制具有重要参考意义。
In this paper, the shield tunnel project of Guangzhou Metro Line 18 in the Pannan section crosses the existing viaduct as an example, and the numerical simulation method is used to study the influence on the viaduct structure when the shield tunnel goes under the viaduct. The results show that the deformation of the viaduct structure is less than the standard control value. At the same time, the safety test of the bridge superstructure was carried out, and the test results showed that the impact of the shield construction on the bridge was within the safe range, i.e., it would not have a large impact on the safe operation of the bridge. The research method and results have important reference significance for risk control of similar projects.
