摘要
髋关节置换术是治疗终末期髋关节疾病的重要手段。髋关节置换术后往往存在着患肢肿胀、疼痛、下肢深静脉血栓等问题,影响术后康复效果。综观各篇文献报道,外治法具有简便廉、临床疗效佳、副作用小的特点。文章通过查阅相关的文献资料,对中医外治法和现代物理疗法在治疗髋关节置换术后患肢早期疼痛的研究进展进行综述,为临床应用选择提供一定的参考。
Hip arthroplasty is an important method for the treatment of end-stage hip disease.After hip arthroplasty,there are often some problems,such as limb swelling,pain,lower limb deep venous thrombosis and so on,which affect the effect of postoperative rehabilitation.According to various literature reports,external treatment has the characteristics of simple and inexpensive,good clinical effect and less side effects.This article reviews the research progress of external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and modern physical therapy in the treatment of early pain of affected limbs after hip replacement by consulting relevant literature,so as to provide some reference for clinical application.
