基于ERT的地下含水区域混凝土浇筑均质性评价方法 被引量:1

摘要 鉴于地下含水区域混凝土浇筑均匀性问题一直是施工质量管控的薄弱点,基于电阻层析成像技术(ERT),通过线性反投影LBP算法重建不同料相分布图像,实时探测地下含水区域混凝土浇筑过程中的坍孔夹泥夹渣等非正常现象。结果表明,连续层间介质分布图像的变化大小、色调、区域等均匀性特征可作为直观区分不同非正常工况的可靠依据,连续层间分层度G可作为混凝土浇筑均质性评价的量化指标;通过建立连续层断面电阻率代表值变化曲线,分析变化方向、幅度、速率等特征参数,可定量判别浇筑过程缺陷类别及严重程度,能精准给出缺陷类别、位置、面积、严重程度等参数信息,为智能化检测地下含水区域混凝土浇筑均质性缺陷提供了新方法。 The uniformity of concrete pouring in underground water-bearing area has always been a weak point of construction quality control. In this study, Electrical Resistance Tomography(ERT) was used to reconstruct the distribution images of different phases through the LBP algorithm, which can real-time detection of abnormal phenomena such as hole collapse, mud and slag during concrete pouring in underground water-bearing area. The results show that the uniformity characteristics such as the size, tone, and area of the media distribution image between continuous layers can be used as a reliable basis for intuitively distinguishing different abnormal working conditions, the degree of delamination between continuous layers G can be used as a quantitative index for the evaluation of the homogeneity of concrete pouring;By establishing the change curve of the representative value of the resistivity of the continuous layer section, analyzing characteristic parameters such as change direction, amplitude, speed, etc., the type and severity of the defects in the pouring process can be quantitatively judged and accurately obtain parameter information such as defect category, location, area, severity, etc., which provides a new method for intelligently detecting the homogeneity defects of concrete pouring in underground water-bearing area.
