摘要
为了避免公路隧道在施工过程中诱发地表及深层土体沉降和变形,进而引发邻近建筑产生过大位移或变形,影响建筑结构安全使用,以海沧隧道近距离穿越金庄花园工程为依托,通过分析海沧隧道与金庄花园等建筑物的位置关系,在现有病害的基础上,借助有限元数值模拟方法,对海沧隧道左右线分别穿越金庄花园的过程进行了模拟,分析了该过程中隧道及建筑物的沉降变化。结合PECK公式计算隧道沉降的理论值,将数值模拟结果与理论计算结果进行对比,分析了隧道开挖引起的建筑物变形机理。对现场施工过程中建筑物周边地表沉降、建筑物沉降、建筑物倾斜及裂缝位移等进行了监测,采集分析了监测数据,验证了数值模拟计算规律。结果表明:隧道穿越建筑物时引起的最大沉降位于右线隧道处,右侧建筑物处于沉降槽范围内,理论计算沉降值与数值模拟及监测数据均一致,规律准确。据此采取了注浆加固和高压旋喷桩的保护措施,经加固,地表沉降得到控制,竖向总体呈现隆起趋势,注浆效果良好,金庄花园建筑物沉降也逐渐趋于稳定,裂缝位移进入平台期,达到稳定状态,最终隧道顺利通过了邻近建筑物。
In order to avoid the settlement and deformation of the surface and deep soil mass induced by highway tunnel during construction process,which will cause excessive displacement or deformation of adjacent buildings and affect the safe use of the building structure,based on the Haicang Tunnel short distance crossing Jinzhuang Garden project,after analyzing the positional relationship between Haicang Tunnel and Jinzhuang Garden,On the basis of existing diseases,the process of the left and right lines of Haicang Tunnel passing through Jinzhuang Garden is simulated by means of finite element numerical simulation method,and the settlement changes of the tunnel and buildings during this process are analyzed.The theoretical value of tunnel settlement is calculated by using the PECK formula,the numerical simulation result and the theoretical calculation result are compared,and the deformation mechanism of buildings caused by tunnel excavation is analyzed.The surface settlement,building settlement,building inclination and crack displacement around the buildings during field construction are monitored,and the monitoring data are collected and analyzed to verify the numerical simulation calculation rules.The result shows that(1) the maximum settlement caused by the tunnel passing through the building is located at the right line of the tunnel,the building on the right is within the range of the settlement trough,The theoretical calculated settlement value is consistent with the numerical simulation value and monitoring data,and the rule is accurate.Accordingly,the protection measures of grouting reinforcement and high-pressure rotary jetting piles are taken.After reinforcement,the settlement of the ground surface is controlled,the vertical uplift trend is generally present,and the grouting effect is good.The settlement of the buildings in Jinzhuang Garden gradually stabilized,the crack displacement enters the plateau phase and reaches a stable state,and finally the tunnel passed under the adjacent buildings smoothly.
