摘要
为进一步满足固液相变蓄冷器需求,在计算固液相变蓄冷器漏热的基础上进行了相应优化,使用开孔泡沫铝作为固液相变蓄冷器填充材料,搭建实验台进行不同负载功率下的液氮固体蓄冷系统性能实验研究。实验结果表明:所设计的固体蓄冷系统能够在0.5 W的热负载下工作4.23 h;2 W热负载实验条件下,固体蓄冷系统能够在温度小于65 K条件下工作1 h。
In order to meet the needs of solid-liquid phase change cold storage unit,the corresponding optimization was carried out on the basis of calculating the heat leakage of solid-liquid phase change cold storage unit.The open-cell aluminum foam was used as the filling material of solid-liquid phase change cold storage unit,and the experimental platform was built to carry out the performance experimental research of liquid nitrogen solid cold storage system under different load power.The experimental results show that the designed solid cold storage system can work for 4.23 hours under 0.5 W thermal load;the solid cold storage system can work for 1 hour at the temperature below 65 K under 2 W thermal load.
