摘要
目的研制科学、客观及实用的妊娠期糖尿病(GDM)患者健康教育需求问卷,为临床教育者分析GDM患者需求提供切实可行评估工具。方法理论分析、文献回顾及小组讨论问卷具体条目,选择本研究领域相关16名专家对问卷进行两轮德尔菲咨询;采用便利抽样法选择某三级甲等医院产科门诊50名GDM患者进行预调查及信效度检验。结果两轮咨询专家积极系数分别为100%、93.8%;专家权威系数分别为0.87、0.88;两轮咨询条目变异系数为0.07~0.38、0.05~0.14;肯德尔和谐系数为0.212、0.396(P<0.001)。最终构建包括3个需求主题、24项具体需求的GDM患者健康教育需求问卷。问卷内容效度指数为0.983,Cronbach′sα系数为0.882。结论编制了具有一定科学性、客观及实用性的GDM患者健康教育需求问卷,可为开展针对性GDM患者健康教育需求及开展健康教育课程提供一定的参考。
Objective To develop a more scientific,objective and practical health education needs questionnaire for patients with gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM),providing a practical assessment tool for clinical educators to analyze the needs of GDM patients.Methods Methods including theoretical analysis,literature review and group discussion were used to discuss the specific items of the questionnaire.16 experts in the study area were selected and involved in two rounds of Delphi consultation on the questionnaire.50 patients with GDM in the obstetrics outpatient clinic of a tertiary care hospital were selected by convenience sampling method for pre-survey and reliability testing.Results The recovery rates of the two rounds expert consultations were 100%and 93.8%,respectively.The authoritative coefficients of two rounds experts consultation were 0.87 and 0.88,respectively,and the coefficients of variation of entries were 0.07~0.38 and 0.05~0.14,respectively.The Kendall′s coordination coefficients were 0.212 and 0.396,respectively(P<0.001).The final health education needs questionnaire for GDM patients included 3 themes and 24 specific items.The content validity index of the questionnaire was 0.983,and the Cronbach′s alpha coefficient was 0.882.Conclusion A more scientific,objective and practicality health education needs questionnaire for GDM patients was developed,which can provide reference for conducting health education courses targeted GDM patients′health education needs.
