2019年——2021年成都市食品安全监督抽检分析 被引量:5

Random inspection analysis of food safety supervision in Chengdu City from 2019 to 2021

摘要 目的了解2019年—2021年成都市食品安全监督抽检的整体情况,对发现的问题、存在的风险点进行分析,为食品安全监管提供建议。方法对2019年—2021年成都市食品安全监督抽检结果进行收集汇总,采用Microsoft Excel、SPSS软件分析监督抽检完成情况及发现的主要食品安全问题。结果2019年—2021年成都市共抽检样品79810批次,不合格率为7.00%。抽检样品共覆盖34个食品类别,2019年仅涉及31个食品类别,2021年仅涉及33个食品类别。检出不合格率较高的食品类别有餐饮食品、淀粉及淀粉制品、酒类、蔬菜制品、水果制品等,该5个食品类别在2019年—2021年3年不合格率均高于6.0%。结论2019年—2021年成都市食品安全形势总体平稳,抽检中发现的主要问题为食品添加剂滥用、微生物污染和农兽药残留超标等。提出科学编制抽检计划、强化生产经营单位主体责任意识、建立统一规范的食品安全标准等监管建议。 Objective To understand the overall situation of food safety supervision and sampling in Chengdu City from 2019 to 2021,analyze the found food safety problems and risk points,and provide suggestions for food safety supervision.Methods The results of food safety supervision and sampling in Chengdu City from 2019 to 2021 were collected and summarized,and the overall completion of the supervision sampling inspection and the main food safety problems were analyzed by using Microsoft Excel and SPSS software.Results From 2019 to 2021,79810 batches of samples were randomly inspected in Chengdu City,with the unqualified rate of 7.00%.The inspected sampling samples covered 34 food categories in total,31 food categories were involved in 2019,and 33 food categories were involved in 2021.The food categories with high unqualified rate were catering food,starch and starch products,wine,vegetable products,fruit products,etc.The unqualified rates of these five food categories in 2019 and 2021 were all higher than 6.0%.Conclusion From 2019 to 2021,the food safety situation in Chengdu City was generally stable.The main found problems in the sampling inspection were the abuse of food additives,microbial pollution and unqualified indicators of agricultural and veterinary drugs residues.It was suggested that scientifically formulating sampling inspection plans should be established,the main responsibility awareness of production and business units should be strengthened and unified and standardized food safety standards should be established.
