摘要
文章首先通过设计调研,了解到目前超市购物车的设计还存在许多问题,这些问题在一定程度上影响了消费者的购物体验。其次,对用户使用购物车的行为进行分析,挖掘用户痛点,基于人机工程学,对购物车的尺寸大小、材质类型、色彩选择进行分析。最后,针对用户痛点,利用人机数据,合理规划购物车尺寸和功能,设计出一款能够方便用户出行,便于物品的运输的购物车,增加了购物乐趣,提升了用户的购物体验。
The article first through the design research,to understand that there are still many problems in the design of supermarket shopping cart,these problems to a certain extent affect the shopping experience of consumers;Then the article analyzes the user’s behavior of using shopping cart and excavates the user’s pain point.Then,the size,material type and color selection of shopping cart are analyzed based on ergonomics.Finally,aiming at users’ pain points,using man-machine data,reasonably planning the size and function of shopping cart,designing a shopping cart that is convenient for users to travel and transport goods,increasing the fun of shopping and improving users’ shopping experience.
