摘要
针对储罐底板出现的点蚀、穿孔等腐蚀问题,分析储罐底板的腐蚀机理。另外为研究储罐底板防腐涂层效果,进行盐雾老化测试,对比未涂覆涂层底板样品、涂覆环氧酚醛树脂和丙烯酸聚氨酯涂层样品的缺陷面积、表面粗糙度和腐蚀速率。实验数据表明:相对于无涂层样品,涂覆丙烯酸聚氨酯和环氧酚醛树脂涂层样品的缺陷面积为10%<A≤25%和25%<A≤50%,防腐效果良好;表面粗糙度分别为15.5nm和9.3nm,表面相对更平整光滑;腐蚀速率相对缓慢,分别为20um/a和10um/a。结果说明丙烯酸聚氨酯涂层和环氧酚醛树脂涂层可显著提升储罐底板的耐腐蚀性能,有效保护罐底,延长储罐使用寿命。
For the corrosion problems such as pitting and perforation of the bottom of the storage tank,the corrosion mechanism of storage tank base plate was analyzed.In addition,in order to verify the anti-corrosion effect of anti-corrosion coatings of the storage tank bottom plate,a salt spray ageing test was carried out to compare the defect area,surface roughness and corrosion rate of epoxy phenolic resin coating sample,acrylic polyurethane coating sample and uncoated base plate sample.The experimental data showed the defect area of acrylic polyurethane coated sample and epoxy phenolic resin coated sample were 10%<A≤25%and 25%<A≤50%,which indicated these anti-corrosion coatings had good anticorrosion effect.Besides,the surfaces of the two coated samples were relatively smoother,with the surface roughness of 9.3nm and 15.5nm respectively.The corrosion rate of the two coated samples were 20um/year and 10um/year respectively,which were slower than that of the uncoated sample.The results illustrate epoxy phenolic resin coating and acrylic polyurethane coating can protect and improve the corrosion resistance of base plate of the storage tank effectively and prolong the service life of the storage tank.
