摘要
目的探讨二陈汤合三子养亲汤治疗肺炎喘嗽的效果。方法选择2019年7月—2020年7月于丰顺县中医院治疗的年龄>60岁的肺炎喘嗽患者60例,分为研究组和常规组,各30例,常规组采用常规西医治疗,研究组在常规西医治疗基础上实行二陈汤合三子养亲汤进行治疗,比较两组的总有效率、治疗前后主症积分变化、白细胞计数及C反应蛋白水平的变化,记录患者的不良反应发生率等。结果研究组患者的总有效率明显高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.269,P<0.001)。研究组患者的主症积分变化以及白细胞计数和C反应蛋白水平明显优于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。常规组不良反应总发生率26.67%,高于研究组(3.33%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.411,P=0.011)。结论对肺炎喘嗽患者应用二陈汤合三子养亲汤治疗,能够有助于改善患者的治疗效果,并改善患者的主症积分和炎症状况,值得在临床中推广应用。
Objective To investigate the effect of Erchen Decoction and Sanzi Yangqin Decoction in treating pneumonia and asthma.Methods A total of 60 patients with pneumonia and asthma aged>60 years who were treated in Fengshun County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from July 2019 to July 2020 were selected and divided into a study group and a routine group,30 cases in each.On the basis of western medicine treatment,Erchen Decoction and Sanzi Yangqin Decoction were used for treatment.The total effective rate,the change of the main symptom score,the change of white blood cell count and the level of C-reactive protein before and after treatment were compared between the two groups,and the incidence of adverse reactions of the patients was recorded.Results The total effective rate of patients in the study group was significantly higher than that in the routine group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=6.269,P<0.001).The changes of main symptom score,white blood cell count and Creactive protein level in the study group were significantly better than those in the routine group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the routine group was 26.67%,which was higher than that in the study group(3.33%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=6.411,P=0.011).Conclusion The application of Erchen Decoction and Sanzi Yangqin Decoction in the treatment of patients with pneumonia and asthma can help to improve the therapeutic effect of the patients,and improve the main symptom score and the inflammatory status of the patients,which is worthy of clinical application.
