摘要
香椿为楝科植物,香椿植株多个器官含有多种有机成分,具有多种药理功效,是食药同源的优良资源植物。文章对香椿中多种有机成分的提取鉴定、药理功效及其在动物机体内的代谢途径进行了综述,以期为香椿天然产物开发和药用机制研究提供参考。
Toona sinensis is a meliaceae plant, which contains many organic components in many organs and has many pharmacological effects. It is an excellent resource plant of food and medicine homology. In this paper, the extraction, identification,pharmacological efficacy and the metabolic pathways of various organic components in Toona sinensis were reviewed, in order to provide reference for research on the utilization and medicinal mechanism of natural components in Toona sinensis.
