磁粉制动器控制系统研究设计

摘要 为克服磁粉制动器传统的手动加载方式,研究设计了一种数字式、高精度、远程控制磁粉制动器控制系统。该系统主要由DC/DC、隔离电路、控制电路、采样电路组成,实现上位机/LCD对磁粉制动器远程加载。首先根据磁粉制动器工作原理建立了数学模型,给出PI闭环控制策略,研制了磁粉制动器控制系统,搭建了实验平台验证了控制系统的有效性,满足磁粉制动器对加载精度、远程控制需求,具有工程推广价值。 In order to overcome the traditional manual loading mode of magnetic powder brake,a digital high precision remote control magnetic powder brake control system is designed.The system is mainly composed of DC/DC,isolation circuit,control circuit and sampling circuit,which realizes remote loading of magnetic powder brake by host computer/LCD screen.Firstly,the mathematical model is established according to the working principle of magnetic powder brake,and the PI closed-loop control strategy is given.The magnetic powder brake control system is developed,and the experimental platform is built to verify the effectiveness of the control system,which meets the magnetic powder brake’s requirements for loading accuracy and remote control,and has the value of engineering promotion.
