摘要
国家对建筑业应急能力体系建设提出了新要求,建筑施工企业的应急能力逐渐成为重要研究领域。建筑施工企业的应急能力具有突变性和不确定性,从事前预防能力、应急准备能力、应急行动能力、事后恢复能力4个维度构建应急能力评价指标体系,并运用熵权法进行指标重要性排序。基于突变级数法的多准则性和突变性优势,构建突变评价模型并进行实例分析,使评价结果更具客观性和准确性。
The state has put forward new requirements for the construction of emergency response capability system in the construction industry,and the emergency response capability of construction enterprises has gradually become an important research field.The emergency capability of construction enterprises has mutation and uncertainty.This paper constructs an emergency capability evaluation index system from four dimensions:pre-prevention capability,emergency preparedness capability,emergency action capability,and post-event recovery capability,and The entropy weight method is used to rank the importance of indexes.Based on the multi-criteria and mutation advantages of the mutation series method,a mutation evaluation model is constructed and an example is analyzed to make the evaluation results more objective and accurate.
