摘要
全面振兴本科教育,提高高校人才培养能力,实现高等教育内涵式发展,打造“金课”,杜绝“水课”无疑是关键措施。首先,在介绍“SPOC+金课”教学模式产生背景的基础上,以房地产估价专业课程为例,说明基于SPOC的管理类专业课程“金课”内容体系的构建过程;其次,详细描述了SPOC教学平台的构建;再次,从学情分析、课前准备和课程教学实施三个阶段阐述“SPOC+金课”教学模式的实践;最后,通过两个班级的房地产估价课程授课效果对比实验分析,得出基于“SPOC+金课”教学模式的教学效果较为显著。
It is undoubtedly the key measure to comprehensively revitalize undergraduate education, improve the ta-lent training ability of colleges and universities, realize the connotative development of higher education, create "golden course" and eliminate "water course".Firstly, on the basis of introducing the background of the teaching mode of "SPOC+golden course",taking the course of real estate appraisal as an example, this paper explains the construction process of the content system of "golden course" of management specialty course based on SPOC;Se-condly, the construction of SPOC teaching platform is described in detail;Thirdly, it expounds the practice of "SPOC+gold course" teaching mode from three stages: learning situation analysis, pre-class preparation and course teaching implementation;Finally, through the comparative experimental analysis of the teaching effect of the real estate appraisal course in the two classes, it is concluded that the teaching effect based on the "SPOC+gold course" teaching mode is more significant.
