溶剂再生塔重沸器失效原因分析与应对措施

摘要 介绍了惠州石化(35+70)万吨/年芳烃抽提联合装置中的重整脱戊烷油抽提单元,溶剂再生塔底重沸器在生产过程中振动大,管束磨损及介质腐蚀导致多次泄漏的问题。芳烃抽提溶剂再生塔重沸器属于内插式换热器,该再沸器的运行环境既存在工艺介质的腐蚀又有汽提蒸汽管线振动导致的机械磨损,目前在运行装置普遍存在该再沸器容易泄漏的问题。通过对该换热器泄漏部位、泄漏原因逐一分析,从工艺防腐角度提出优化再生塔排渣频率、增设树脂脱氯等手段;从设备结构及配管等于方面提出优化汽提蒸汽分配器和换热器设计、设备材质升方面提出了解决方案,实现该换热器的长周期运行。 The problems of reforming depentane oil aromatic extraction unite was introduced.Solvent regenerating tower bottom reboiler vibrated greatly, tube bundle wear and medium corrosion led to multiple leakage in(350+700) kt/a aromatics extraction combined plant of Huizhou Petrochemical Company.The reboiler of aromatic solvent extraction column belonged to an interpolated heat exchange, the operating environment of the reboiler was characterized by both corrosion of the process medium and mechanical wear caused by vibration of the stripping steam pipeline, at present, the reboiler was easy to leak in the operating unite.By analyzing the leakage position and the leakage reason of the heat exchanger from the point of view of anticorrosion process, the methods of optimizing the slag discharge frequency and adding resin dechlorination were put forward, from the aspects of equipment structure and piping equalization, solutions were put forward to optimize the design of steam stripper and heat exchanger, as well as equipment material lift, so as to realize the long cycle operation of the heat exchanger.
