摘要
为培育壮苗、缩短烟苗移栽后的还苗时间和提高烟叶质量,以云烟87为供试烤烟品种,在漂浮育苗过程中2次施用吲哚丁酸,以不施吲哚丁酸作对照,考察育苗期施用吲哚丁酸对烟苗的生长状况、移栽后的大田全生育期、各生育时期烟株的农艺性状、生理特性和烤后烟叶的常规化学成分等指标的影响。结果表明:育苗期施用吲哚丁酸后,烟苗根系活力提高了32.5μg/(g·h),根系总数、根干重、叶片数、叶片干重和SPAD值也有所提高,移栽后烟苗的还苗期提前了3 d,旺长期延长了5 d,各生育时期的长势长相明显更好,同时烤后烟叶的内在化学成分比例更协调。
In order to breed strong seedlings,shorten the time of rejuvenation and improve the quality of flue-cured tobacco,our experiment has set an indole-3-butyric acid(IBA)treatment group(applying IBA twice during floating-seedling raising)and a control group(no application of IBA)with three replications each by using Yunyan 87 as the test material.The growth status of tobacco seedlings,the whole field growth duration,the agronomic traits and physiological characteristics in each stage,and the conventional chemical composition of the flue-cured tobacco leaves were compared.The results showed that after IBA treatment the root activity of tobacco seedlings was increased by 32.5μg/(g·h);the total number of roots,root dry weight,leaf numbers,leaf dry weight and SPAD value were also increased;the rejuvenation period after transplanting was shortened by 3 days;the prosperous period was prolonged by 5 days;the growth potential and performance of each growth period were obviously better;and the proportion of internal chemical components of the flue-cured tobacco leaves was more harmonious.
