摘要
采用Aspen HYSYS流程模拟软件对甲醇精馏三塔流程进行动态模拟,分析在回流失效、过度热量输入、火灾、停电等工况下精馏系统各塔安全阀泄放量的流量-时间曲线,为优化火炬系统设计提供依据。
In this paper,Aspen HYSYS process flow simulation software is used to dynamically simulate the methanol distillation three-tower process flow,analyze the flow-time curve of the safety valve relief capacity of each tower in the distillation system under reflux failure,excessive heat input,fire,power failure and other working conditions,and provide a basis for optimizing the design of the flare system.
