摘要
乡村公共服务治理有效是乡村治理和乡村振兴的重要部分。随着我国社会经济不断发展,乡村公共服务有效治理的作用越来越突出。基于协同治理的视角下,在乡村公共服务治理过程中,面临着治理主体协作失序、治理内容向更高领域拓展、治理手段由“人为”被动向“科技”主动转变、传统治理服务体系过时导致乡村公共服务治理进程受到阻碍的现实困境。为此,亟需激发治理主体的内生动力,加快数字化赋能乡村公共服务治理,完善治理体系建设,推动乡村公共服务治理,助推乡村振兴。
Effective governance of rural public services is an important part of rural governance and Rural Revitalization. With the continuous development of China’s social economy,the role of effective governance of rural public services is becoming more and more prominent. From the perspective of collaborative governance, in the process of rural public service governance,we are faced with the practical dilemma that the governance process of rural public service is hindered by the disorder of governance subjects’ cooperation,the expansion of governance content to higher fields,the active transformation of governance means from“man-made”to“science and technology”,and the outdated traditional governance service system. Therefore,it is urgent to stimulate the endogenous driving force of governance subjects,accelerate the governance of digital enabled rural public services, improve the construction of governance system,promote the governance of rural public services and promote rural revitalization.
