新工科建设利益博弈的现实困境及破解策略

摘要 新工科是工程教育对科技革命和产业变革提出新挑战的回应。基于利益相关者理论,新工科建设过程中,政府、大学、教师、学生、企业是核心利益相关者。核心利益相关者间的利益诉求与博弈要求新工科建设应解决好几个问题:新工科专业与传统工科专业之间的关系问题、新工科建设中的教师问题、“自上而下”改革与局部改革的选择问题、校企协同合作的问题。要实现各利益主体的利益平衡,促进新工科建设持续发展,根本途径在于优化人才培养模式,创新教师管理体制,分类、分层次改革,完善校企协同合作机制。 Emerging engineering is the response of engineering education to the new challenges of science and technology revolution and industry reform.Based on the analysis of stakeholder theory,the government,universities,teachers,students and enterprises are the core stakeholders in the construction of emerging engineering.Interest demands and game among core stakeholders require the solution of several problems,such as the relationship between emerging engineering education and traditional engineering,teachers in the construction of emerging engineering,the choice between top-down reform and partial reform and the cooperation between schools and enterprises.In order to achieve the balance of interests and promote the sustainable development of the construction of emerging engineering,the fundamental way is to construct a new talent training mode,innovate the management system of teachers,reform at different levels,and improve the cooperation mechanism between schools and enterprises.
