基于矫顽力的X80管道焊接残余应力测量方法研究 被引量:8

摘要 矫顽力法是油气管道残余应力无损测试的有效方法,对确保焊接管段服役安全有重要工程价值。基于力磁耦合理论,分析了应力、应变对矫顽力的影响,推导了平面应力状态下应变与矫顽力的计算公式,提出了适用于管道的力磁耦合模型;开展单向拉伸试验,标定了X80管线钢磁弹性应变系数,利用矫顽力法测量了管道环焊缝区域的残余应力,并与盲孔法测量结果进行了对比。试验结果表明:矫顽力法轴向残余应力测量结果与盲孔法测量结果二者数值上存在一定误差,但应力分布规律一致,验证了矫顽力法的可行性。研究结果可为X80现场管道环焊缝残余应力无损检测提供有效参考。 Coercive force method is an effective method for nondestructive testing of residual stress of oil and gas pipelines,which has important engineering value for ensuring the service safety of welded pipe sections.Based on the theory of force magnetic coupling,the influences of stress and strain on the coercive force were analyzed,the calculation formulas of strain and coercive force under plane stress state were deduced,and a force magnetic coupling model suitable for pipes was put forward;The magneto elastic strain coefficient of X80 pipeline steel was calibrated by one-way tensile test.The residual stress in the circumferential weld area of pipeline was measured by coercive force method,and the results were compared with those measured by blind hole method.The experimental results show that there is certain error between the axial residual stress measured by coercive force method and that measured by blind hole method,but their stress distribution laws are consistent,which verifies the feasibility of coercive force method.The research results can provide an effective reference for the nondestructive testing of residual stress of X80 pipeline girth welds.
