摘要
2022年,中国老年医学会老年内分泌代谢分会牵头、中国老年2型糖尿病防治临床指南编写组发布了《中国老年2型糖尿病防治临床指南(2022年版)》。该指南从老年糖尿病的现状、诊疗、预防、管理等多视角给出了最新的推荐意见,为临床规范化实践提供了有效帮助。本文围绕指南护理实践方面的推荐意见进行要点解读,以期为专科护理实践提供指导,并为进一步提升老年2型糖尿病患者总体护理质量、改善其临床结局提供参考。
The Clinical Guidelines for Prevention and Treatment of Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus in the Elderly in China(2022 Edition) was issued in 2022. It was formulated by the formulation group of the Guidelines, under the leadership of the Geriatric Endocrine and Metabolism Branch of the Chinese Geriatrics Society. The Guidelines gives the latest recommendations for diabetes mellitus in the elderly from multiple perspectives such as the status quo, diagnosis, treatment, prevention and management, providing effective support to standard clinical practice. This article interprets the recommendations proposed by the Guidelines around nursing practice in order to guide specialist nursing practice and provide references for further improving the overall nursing quality for the elderly with type 2 diabetes mellitus and improving their clinical outcomes.
