古洞河湿地土壤和地表水中重金属风险评价及来源解析

Risk assessment and source apportionment of heavy metals in soil and surface water of Gudong River Wetland

摘要 为探讨典型湿地公园中重金属的分布及风险,系统采集吉林省古洞河湿地公园中土壤和地表水样品共44个,测定了16种重金属元素含量,采用单因子污染指数法、内梅罗综合污染指数法、潜在生态风险指数法及美国EPA健康风险评价模型对研究区域进行重金属污染水平及风险评价,并使用主成分分析与反向气团轨迹判别了重金属的潜在来源。结果表明:研究区土壤重金属污染处于轻污染状态,其中,60%样品中的As处于警戒线水平以上,生态风险为中等生态风险,As的潜在生态风险指数为60.94,处于较强风险等级。而地表水中重金属污染状况处于清洁状态,生态风险为轻微生态风险。土壤和地表水中重金属均为非致癌和致癌风险可忽略不计。儿童的非致癌风险高于成人,由于儿童身体未发育完全,对有毒有害物质更加敏感。古洞河湿地土壤与天宝山附近土壤的重金属来源相似,而地表水与延吉市大气颗粒物的重金属来源相似;反向气团轨迹显示研究区域上空气团主要来自西部或西北部方向。 In order to explore the distribution and risk of heavy metals in typical wetland parks,44 soil and surface water samples were collected systematically in Gudong River Wetland Park,Jilin Province,and the contents of 16 heavy metals were determined.Single factor pollution index,Nemero comprehensive pollution index,potential ecological risk index and EPA health risk assessment model were used to evaluate the pollution level and risk of heavy metals in the study area.Principal component analysis and reverse air mass trajectory were used to identify the potential sources of heavy metals.The results showed that the heavy metal pollution of soil in the study area was in the state of light pollution,60% of the As samples were above the warning line level,and the ecological risk was medium.The potential ecological risk index of As was 60.94,which was in the strong risk level.However,the heavy metal pollution in surface water was in a clean state,and the ecological risk was slight.The non-carcinogenic and carcinogenic risks of heavy metals in soil and surface water were negligible.Children’s non-carcinogenic risk was higher than adults,because children’s body is not fully developed,more sensitive to toxic and harmful substances.The sources of heavy metals in the soil of Gudong River Wetland were similar to those in the soil near Tianbao Mountain,while the sources of heavy metals in the surface water were similar to those in the atmospheric particles in Yanji city.The inverse air mass trajectory showed that the air mass over the study area mainly comed from the west or northwest direction.
