摘要
飞行签派员综合素质对于航空公司航班运行管理有着非常重要的影响。结合航空公司航班运行对飞行签派员综合素质的要求,构建了飞行签派员综合素质评价指标体系,采用RITIC法计算飞行签派员综合素质评价指标的权重值,引入灰靶理论建立了飞行签派员综合素质评价的灰靶模型。实证结果表明:灰靶模型能够准确评价飞行签派员的整体综合素质水平,同时能够找到影响飞行签派员综合素质的主要指标,为飞行签派员有针对性地改进综合素质提供了理论参考依据,有助于提高航空公司航班运行管理水平。
The comprehensive quality of the flight dispatcher has a very important impact on the airline flight operation and management.Considering the requirements of airline flight operation on the comprehensive quality of the flight dispatcher,the evaluation index system of the comprehensive quality of flight dispatcher is constructed.The RITIC method is used to calculate the weight value of the comprehensive quality evaluation index for flight dispatcher.The grey target model for evaluating the comprehensive quality of flight dispatcher is established by introducing the grey target theory.Through the empirical evaluation of weighted bullseye degree on the comprehensive quality of flight dispatcher,the results show that the grey target model can accurately evaluate the overall comprehensive quality of the flight dispatcher and find the main indicators that affect the comprehensive quality of flight dispatcher,which provides a theoretical reference basis for the targeted improvement of the comprehensive quality of the flight dispatcher and helps to improve the management level of flight operations of airline.
