摘要
内转塔单点系泊系统包括滑环堆栈、内转塔、柔性立管系统以及锚腿。内转塔(含滑环堆栈)是浮式生产储油卸油装置(Floating Production Storage and Offloading,FPSO)中最昂贵的系统,其中铸件平台分段包含了大量的立管以及异形板材和圈梁。内转塔空间结构复杂,为降低难度,预制时需要反造预制,预制完成后吊装就位时需要进行180°翻身以与单点下塔体组对就位。文章利用有限元软件对铸件平台的吊装翻身就位过程进行有限元分析,并指出可能存在的风险点。
The inner turret single point mooring system includes ring stack, inner turret, flexible riser system and anchor leg.The inner turret(including slip ring stack) is the most expensive system in Floating Production Storage and Offloading(FPSO),in which the main casting inner deck block contains a large number of risers, special-shaped plates and ring beams. Due to the complexity of its spatial structure, it is necessary to reverse prefabricate in order to reduce the difficulty during prefabrication, After the completion of prefabrication, it is necessary to turn over 180° when lifting to assemble with the lower turret. In this article, the finite element software is used to analyze the lifting and turning in place process of the main casting inner deck block, and the possible risk points are pointed out.
