摘要
预制菜产业的市场前景较为广阔,结合市场环境的实际情况,对预制菜产业的创新发展途径进行有效探索,可以使预制菜产业实现更高水平的发展。但是,现有的一些预制菜产业在制定发展战略的过程中,缺乏对市场多元化特征的关注,未能对预制菜产业发展所需的各方面条件进行全面总结,无法满足预制菜产业在新时期的发展需求。本文对预制菜产业发展存在的不足进行了总结,并结合新时期的市场需求,制定了预制菜产业创新发展的具体策略。
The market prospect of the prefabricated vegetable industry is relatively broad.Combining with the actual situation of the market environment,it is possible to effectively explore the innovative development methods of the prefabricated vegetable industry,which can make the prefabricated vegetable industry achieve a higher level of development.However,in the process of formulating development strategies for some existing prefabricated vegetable industries,they lacked attention to the diversified characteristics of the market,failed to make a comprehensive summary of various conditions required for the development of the prefabricated vegetable industry,and failed to meet the requirements of the prefabricated vegetable industry in the new development needs of the period.This paper first summarizes the shortcomings of the development of the prefabricated vegetable industry,and formulates specific strategies for the innovative development of the prefabricated vegetable industry in combination with the market demand in the new era.
