摘要
航空发动机面向海洋环境服役,对配套用紧固件提出了耐酸性盐雾性能要求。本文从真空离子镀银不同打底层工艺及后处理方法,开展了发动机用高温合金紧固件产品的耐酸性盐雾性能研究。结果表明,GH738、GH4169、GH2132紧固件采用预镀镍工艺,涂覆HTAg-2000防变色剂后可以满足192 h酸性盐雾性能要求。采用氯化物镀镍+氨基磺酸盐镀镍的预镀镍工艺对紧固件酸性盐雾性能的改善效果优于氯化物镀镍+化学镀镍工艺。涂覆保护剂能有效提升紧固件的耐酸性盐雾性能,效果优劣排序为:HTAg-2000>BK保护剂>LD-4310保护剂。
The acid corrosion resistance of fasteners is demanded when the aero engine services in ocean environment.The acid corrosion resistance of superalloy fasteners was investigated using differ‐ent pre-plating nickel coats and protection coatings.The results show that GH738、GH4169、GH2132 fasteners prepared with two types of nickel coatings,then coated with HTAg-2000 anti-discoloration film can meet the requirement of 192 h acid salt spray test.The nickel plating plus aminosulfonate nickel plating is better than chloride nickel plating plus chemical nickel plating process.The protection coatings can improve the acid salt spray corrosion resistance of fasteners,and the effects sequence is HTAg 2000 coating>BK coating>LD-4310 coating.
