摘要
连铸结晶器的形状和尺寸会在连铸坯横截面上形成具有一定形状和尺寸的方框偏析,该偏析受坯料拉速、冷却水量、电磁搅拌等因素影响。本文采用有限元数值模拟技术对300 mm×400 mm和∅390 mm齿轮钢连铸钢坯在热连轧轧制过程中各道次方框偏析大小与形状、偏析分布演变规律进行了模拟,对比模拟结果得出圆形连铸坯轧制成成品棒材的方框偏析的长宽比值优于矩形连铸坯轧制成成品棒材的方框偏析。并对连铸坯、初轧坯、成品棒材运用低倍分析、碳成分检测、硬度检测的实验方法进行了取样验证,两种连铸坯轧制的成品棒材都是中心硬度偏低,方框偏析附近硬度较高,且两种连铸坯的连铸坯型、粗轧坯型、成品棒材所得硬度分布和化学成分分布没有明显异常,得出的连铸坯方框偏析轧制的演变规律对研究齿轮钢性能质量的高要求有参考依据。
The shape and size of the continuous casting crystallizer will form a box deflection with certain shape and size on the cross section of the continuous casting billet,which is influenced by the billet drawing speed,cooling water and electromagnetic stirring.This paper uses finite element numerical simulation technology to simulate the size and shape of the box deflection and the evolution of the deflection distribution in each pass of 300 mm×400 mm and∅390 mm gear steel continuous casting billets during the hot rolling process,and the comparative simulation results show that the box deflection of round continuous casting billets rolled into finished bars has a better aspect ratio than the box deflection of rectangular continuous casting billets rolled into finished bars.The results were verified by the use of low-frequency analysis,carbon composition testing and hardness testing of experimental methods for continuous casting billets,primary billets and finished bars,which showed that the hardness of the finished bars rolled from both types of continuous casting billets was low in the centre and high around the box deviations.The evolution of the box deviated rolling of the continuous cast billets is a reference for the study of the high requirements of the performance quality of gear steel.
