摘要 目前国内采用的RH顶喷粉脱硫工艺由于粉剂穿透深度不足导致粉剂利用率低,同时粉剂附着和冲刷效应增加了抽真空设备的维护量。本文研究RH真空室底部喷粉工艺下的脱硫规律及热量变化,提出了RH喷粉脱硫的动力学及热力学的理论计算方法,通过某钢厂顶喷粉RH实际生产数据验证了该理论计算的准确性。生产实践证明,RH底喷粉工艺具备较高的脱硫效率,较低的粉剂消耗量及温降量,精炼周期比RH顶喷粉工艺可缩短2 min。 The RH top powder injection desulfurization process in China has low powder utilization rate due to insufficient penetration depth of powder,and the powder adhesion and scouring effect increase the maintenance of vacuum pumping equipment.In this paper,the desulfurization rules and heat change under RH vacuum chamber bottom powder injection process are studied,and a theoretical calculation method for dynamics and thermodynamics of RH powder injection desulfurization is proposed.The accuracy of the theoretical calculation is verified by the actual production data of RH top powder injection in a steel plant.The production practice has proved that RH bottom powder injection process has higher desulfurization efficiency,lower powder consumption and temperature drop,and the refining cycle can be shortened by 2 minutes compared with RH top powder injection process.
