摘要
介绍了一种采用高精密金属补焊机对铸件精加工后PT缺陷进行修补的方法。采用高精密金属补焊机和氩弧焊两种焊接方法进行焊接,通过对比修补后的表面质量及微观组织,发现使用高精密金属补焊机修复表面缺陷得到的焊缝热影响区小,成型美观,表面无缺陷,焊补区和母材区硬度差值小,符合标准。对焊缝的力学性能进行验证,均满足产品要求。
This article introduces a rework method that uses a precision metal repair welding machine to repair Penetration testing defects after finishing castings.Two welding methods:high-precision metal repair welding machine and argon arc welding are used for welding.By comparing the surface quality and microstructure after welding,it is found that the heat-affected zone of the weld obtained by using high-precision metal repair welding machine to repair surface defects is small,the shape and surface is beautiful.There is no defect,the hardness difference between the weld repair area and the base metal area is small,which meets the standard.The mechanical properties of the welds were verified,and they all met the product requirements.
