地质观察在矿井隧道施工安全评估中的应用

摘要 矿井隧道一般具有特殊用途,根据围岩级别没有做复合式衬砌,只是局部初支隧道或毛洞。对于只有局部初支隧道或毛洞,在特殊情况下运营若干年后,由于围岩受到水、大气、开挖扰动及构造运动等不利因素的影响,会加速围岩的蚀变、软化及松散等变化现象,从而导致隧道围岩有坍塌、掉块等危险。笔者认为针对特殊用途的局部初支隧道或毛洞再次投入使用有必要进行针对性的安全评估,若只是茫无目的加固不但延长了后期投入使用的时间,也增加了矿企的经济负担。目前,多数相关矿井隧道安全评估规范主要针对具有完善复合衬砌的运营隧道,针对特殊用途的局部初支隧道或毛洞较少。从地质观察入手,从矿石特性、结构、构造、蚀变、结构面特征及渗漏水等方面与设计资料进行比对分析,进而对再次投入使用的局部矿井隧道进行初步安全评价。 Mine tunnels are generally used for special purposes.According to the grade of surrounding rock,there is no composite lining,but only local primary tunnels or rough tunnels.For tunnels with only partial initial support or rough tunnels,after several years of operation under special circumstances,the surrounding rock will accelerate the alteration,softening and loosening of the surrounding rock due to the influence of adverse factors such as water,atmosphere,excavation disturbance and tectonic movement,resulting in the risk of collapse and block falling of the surrounding rock of the tunnel.The author believes that it is necessary to conduct targeted safety assessment for the re-use of local primary tunnels or Maodong tunnels for special purposes.If it is only aimless reinforcement,it will not only prolong the time of putting into use in the later stage,but also increase the economic burden of mining enterprises.At present,most relevant mine tunnel safety assessment specifications are mainly for operating tunnels with perfect composite lining,and there are few local primary tunnels or rough tunnels for special purposes.Starting with geological observation,this paper compares and analyzes the ore characteristics,structure,structure,alteration,structural plane characteristics and leakage water with the design data,and then makes a preliminary safety evaluation on the local mine tunnels put into use again.
