摘要
目的 探讨不同根管填充程度在牙体牙髓病患者中的临床应用价值。方法 156例牙体牙髓病患者,依据随机数字表法分为超充组、适量组、欠充组,各52例。超充组采取超量根管填充,适量组采取适量根管填充,欠充组采取欠量根管填充。对比三组治疗前后疼痛程度、治疗后的咀嚼功能及并发症发生情况。结果 适量组治疗后的咀嚼次数(41.48±3.51)次、咀嚼效率(1.14±0.13),均明显优于欠充组的(35.14±3.48)次、(0.71±0.12)与超充组的(36.79±3.47)次、(0.86±0.14),差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,三组视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分均明显低于本组治疗前,且适量组VAS评分(1.63±0.48)分低于欠充组的(3.02±0.46)分与超充组的(2.14±0.47)分,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。适量组并发症发生率1.92%明显低于欠充组的11.54%、超充组的17.31%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 根管填充中不同填充程度影响较大,相比超量填充与欠量填充,适量根管填充有助于缓解疼痛程度,且对提升患者的咀嚼功能作用显著,值得推荐。
Objective To discuss the clinical value of different degree of root canal filling in patients with dental pulp disease.Methods A total of 156 patients with dental pulp disease were divided into overfilled group,moderate group,and underfilled group according to the random numerical table,with 52 cases in each group.The overfilled group took the overfill root canal,the moderate group took the moderate root canal,and the underfilled group took the underfill root canal.The pain degree,masticatory function before and after treatment and complications after treatment were compared among the three groups.Results After treatment,the masticatory times and masticatory efficiency in the moderate group were(41.48±3.51)times and(1.14±0.13),which were significantly better than(35.14±3.48)times and(0.71±0.12)in the underfilled group and(36.79±3.47)times and(0.86±0.14)in the overfilled group,and the differences were all statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the visual analogue scale(VAS)scores of the three groups were significantly lower than those before treatment in this group;the VAS score(1.63±0.48)points of the moderate group was lower than(3.02±0.46)points of the underfilled group and(2.14±0.47)points of the overfilled group,and the differences were all statistically significant(P<0.05).The complication rate of the moderate group was 1.92%,which was significantly lower than 11.54%of the underfilled group and 17.31%of the overfilled group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Different filling degrees have a great impact on root canal filling.Compared with over filling and under filling,moderate root canal filling is helpful to alleviate the degree of pain,and plays a significant role in improving the masticatory function of patients,which is worthy of recommendation.
