PBL教学法在消化内科临床护理教学中的作用研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的分析以问题为基础的教学法(problem-based learning,PBL)在消化内科临床护理教学中的应用效果。方法选择黄石爱康医院2020年6月—2021年3月消化内科60名护生,通过随机数字表法分组,参照组30名护生接受传统教学,试验组30名护生接受PBL教学,对比两组护理知识掌握优良率、考核成绩、自我导向学习能力评分、护生满意度。结果试验组护理知识掌握优良率、培养学生综合素质、提高团队协作能力、培养临床思维、提高技能操作能力、提高案例分析能力、提高知识的理解和掌握能力、激发学习兴趣满意度均高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组技能操作、理论知识考核成绩、自我导向学习能力评分均高于参照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论PBL教学可有效提高消化内科护生护理知识掌握度、考核成绩、自我导向学习能力及满意度,值得借鉴。 Objective To analyze the application effect of PBL teaching Method in clinical nursing teaching of gastroenterology department.Methods From June 2020 to March 2021,60 nursing interns in the department of gastroenterology of Huangshi Aikang Hospital were selected.They were divided into groups by random number table,30 nursing students in the reference group received traditional teaching,and 30 nursing students in the test group received PBL teaching.The excellent rate of mastering nursing knowledge,assessment results,self-oriented learning ability scores,and nursing student satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The excellent rate of mastering nursing knowledge,cultivating students'comprehensive quality,improving team cooperation ability,cultivating clinical thinking,improving skill operation ability,improving case analysis ability,improving knowledge understanding and mastering ability,and stimulating learning interest satisfaction in the experimental group were higher than those in the reference group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The scores of skill operation,theoretical knowledge examination and self-directed learning ability in the test group were higher than those in the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion PBL teaching can effectively improve the mastery of nursing knowledge,examination results,self-directed learning ability and satisfaction of nursing interns in the Department of Gastroenterology,which is worth learning from.
