摘要
在一次常规带电测试工作中,发现某500 kV主变套管介损数据异常,经多次复测数据基本一致,后查看在线监测系统后台数据,显示数据也是异常,据此情况,连续开展了相关带电复测项目、在线监测数据分析及系统检查、停电预试检查等工作,最终对比发现,由于从末屏适配器引出线到末屏适配器对在线监测数据以及停电介损试验数据造成了影响,并通过分段试验对比,确定影响源为末屏适配器内的二次保护电路板,本文将此实际应用案例加以总结提炼,以对后续在线监测系统应用工作开展提供参考借鉴。
During a routine live test,it was found that the dielectric loss data of a 500 Kv main transformer bushing was abnormal.After repeated tests,the data were basically the same.After checking the background data of the online monitoring system,the display data was abnormal,and according to this situation,the relevant live test items,on-line monitoring data analysis and system check,pre-test check and other work have been carried out continuously,due to the influence of the lead wire from the end screen adapter to the end screen adapter on the on-line monitoring data and the dielectric loss test data during power cut-off,the Secondary Protection Circuit Board in the end screen adapter is determined as the source of the influence through the comparison of the sectional tests,in this report,the practical application cases are summarized to provide reference for the follow-up application of online monitoring system.
