摘要
为解决烟气脱硫装置冷却吸收塔内壁的抗腐蚀问题,从衬板材料N08367成分入手,搭配合适的焊条,通过焊接工艺评定和耐腐蚀性试验制定焊接工艺,并采取合理、适用的焊接工艺措施,经渗漏试验、酸洗钝化等手段,使修复后的冷却吸收塔的使用效果达到预期。
The current study aims to rectify the inner wall corrosion problem of the cooling absorption tower in flue gas desulfurization unit. The most appropriate welding process was developed using different combinations of liner material N08367 compositions and welding rods and evaluated by subsequent corrosion resistance tests. Later, such welding process was implemented on the damaged cooling tower along with leakage test, pickling passivation, etc to verify the repair and ensure satisfactory of the end results.
