摘要
目的:探讨彩色多普勒超声在输尿管结石诊断中的应用价值。方法:选择2019年1月~2019年12月本院收治的100例输尿管结石患者,采用彩色多普勒超声法检查诊断,将检查结果与二维超声对比,比较两种方法下输尿管结石的检查准确度。结果:经检查和诊断,彩色多普勒超声法对于输尿管结石的检查准确度为90.00%(90/100)。二维超声法检查对于输尿管结石的检查准确度为60.00%(60/100),输尿管结石的诊断方面,彩色多普勒超声法准确度高于二维超声法检查,两组的准确度比较存在显著差异(P<0.05)。结论:彩色多普勒超声法检查诊断对输尿管结石的诊断价值显著,优于二维超声的监测方式,有利于为输尿管结石鉴别提供重要的诊断依据,提高临床诊断准确性。
Objective:To explore the value of color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of ureteral stones.Methods:We selected 100 patients with ureteral calculi admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to December 2019,and diagnosed by color Doppler ultrasound.The examination results were compared with two-dimensional ultrasound to compare the detection accuracy of ureteral calculi under the two methods.Results:After inspection and diagnosis,the accuracy of color Doppler ultrasound for ureteral stones was 90.00%(90/100).The accuracy of two-dimensional ultrasound examination for ureteral stones is 60.00%(60/100).The accuracy of color Doppler ultrasound was higher than that of two-dimensional ultrasound in the diagnosis of ureteral calculi.There was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Color Doppler ultrasonography has significant diagnostic value for ureteral calculi,which is superior to two-dimensional ultrasound monitoring methods.It is helpful to provide important diagnostic basis for the identification of ureteral calculi and improve the accuracy of clinical diagnosis.
