摘要
目的:对无创呼吸机与高流量湿化治疗仪治疗呼吸衰竭的临床效果进行探究。方法:按照抽样方法对本院2020年3月~2021年3月收治的呼吸衰竭患者开展研究,随机纳入87例,以接受无创呼吸机治疗患者为对照组(43例),以高流量湿化治疗仪治疗患者为观察组(44例),比较两组治疗效果,包括治疗总有效率、生命指标、血气分析和生存质量。结果:治疗后,观察组、对照组治疗总有效率比较差异无显著性(P>0.05);除了二氧化碳分压(PaCO_(2))之外,观察组治疗后心率(HR)、氧分压(PaO_(2))高于对照组,但RR低于对照组,对比差异有显著性(P<0.05);观察组、对照组KPS评分比较差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论:呼吸衰竭采取无创呼吸机、高流量湿化治疗仪治疗的生存质量相当,但高流量湿化治疗仪更有助于改善患者血气分析,而呼吸、心率方面的控制效果较无创呼吸机差。
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of noninvasive ventilator and high flow humidification therapy instrument in the treatment of respiratory failure.Methods:According to the sampling method,87 patients with respiratory failure admitted to our hospital from March 2020 to March 2021 were randomly enrolled.The control group(43 patients)was treated with non-invasive ventilator,and the observation group(44 patients)was treated with high flow humidification therapy instrument.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared,including the total effective rate of treatment,life indicators,blood gas analysis and quality of life.Results:After treatment,there was no significant difference in the total effective rate between the observation group and the control group(P>0.05);In addition to PaCO_(2),HR and PaO_(2) in the observation group were higher than those in the control group after treatment,but RR was lower than those in the control group,with significant difference(P<0.05);There was no significant difference in KPS scores between the observation group and the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion:The quality of life of patients with respiratory failure treated with non-invasive ventilator and high flow humidification therapeutic apparatus is equivalent,but the high flow humidification therapeutic apparatus is more helpful to improve the blood gas analysis of patients,and the control effect of respiration and heart rate is worse than that of noninvasive ventilator.
