摘要
目的:分析比较低剂量CT扫描和X射线胸片在儿童肺炎支原体肺炎中的诊断价值。方法:选择2019年10月~2021年10月寻乌县人民医院收治的50例儿童肺炎支原体肺炎患儿,随机分成参照组与实验组,各25例。参照组患者给予X射线胸片检查,实验组患者给予低剂量CT扫描检查,对比两种检查方式检查影像可见症状、检查准确率、检查漏诊率。结果:实验组患者胸腔积液、肺泡炎、肺文理增粗、间质性肺炎、肺实变、肺门淋巴结肿大等的影像可见症状检出比例显著高于参照组(P<0.05);两组患者支气管征的影像可见症状检出比例比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。实验组患者检查准确率88.00%明显高于参照组(P<0.05)。结论:儿童肺炎支原体肺炎实施低剂量CT扫描检查,能够显著提高患儿肺部症状的可见率,获得更高检查准确率,降低漏诊情况发生。
Objective:To analyze and compare the diagnostic value of low-dose CT scan and X-ray chest film in children with Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia.Methods:50 children with Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia treated in Xunwu County People’s Hospital from October 2019 to October 2021 were randomly divided into reference group and experimental group,with 25 cases in each group.The patients in the reference group were given X-ray chest film examination,and the patients in the experimental group were given low-dose CT scanning examination.The visual symptoms,examination accuracy and missed diagnosis rate of the two examination methods were compared.Results:The detection rate of pleural effusion,alveolitis,thickening of lung culture and physics,interstitial pneumonia,consolidation of lung and enlargement of hilar lymph nodes in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the reference group(P<0.05);There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).The accuracy rate of 88.00%in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of low-dose CT scanning in children with Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia can significantly improve the visibility of pulmonary symptoms,obtain higher examination accuracy and reduce the incidence of missed diagnosis.
