煤制乙二醇产品紫外透光率下降的原因及对策

摘要 紫外透光率(UV值)作为乙二醇产品品质评价的重要指标,一直以来从杂质层面试验研究报道较多,但从实际工艺生产方面对各杂质产生的具体因素和应对方法却鲜有报道。基于陕西榆能化学材料有限公司煤制乙二醇120万t/a一期40万吨项目,从氢酯比、碳酯比、真空度、酯化甲醇组分等几个关键的工艺因素对煤基乙二醇副产物的产生原因做了分析,并提出了提高产品紫外透光率的工艺对策。 UV transmittance(UV value),as an important index for the quality evaluation of ethylene glycol products,has been widely reported from the impurities level.However,there are few reports on the specific factors and countermeasures of the impurities from the actual process production.In this paper,based on the shaanxi can yu chemical materials co.,LTD coal glycol 1.2 million t/a issue of 400000 tons of projects,from hydrogen ester ratio,carbon ester ratio,degree of vacuum,esterifying methanol composition of several key process factors on the coal base glycol byproduct analyzed the causes of which,and puts forward some countermeasures to improve the uv transmittance of product process.
