摘要
为了使国内外引进的甜荞品种能在吉林省白城地区高效利用,本试验对43份甜荞品种(系)14个表型性状的遗传多样性进行了主成分分析和聚类分析。结果表明,株高、主茎节数、分枝数、茎粗、籽粒投影面积、株粒数和株粒重的遗传多样性丰富,变异系数高于10%,品种间差异较大;其余粒形相关表型性状变异小(变异系数低于10%),遗传稳定性较高。主成分分析结果表明,前4个主成分累积贡献率为79.642%,第1主成分和第4主成分称为籽粒性状因子,第2主成分称为株型因子,第3主成分称为产量因子。通过聚类分析并结合种质特征,可将43份甜荞品种(系)划分为高产品种、矮秆高产、大粒品种、圆粒型品种4类。综上,本研究发现了高产、矮秆、大粒、粗秆的育种亲本材料以及生产上可以直接利用的高产品种和青贮饲料用甜荞品种。
In order to efficiently utilize the introduced sweet buckwheat varieties in Baicheng area of Jilin Province, the genetic diversity of 14 phenotypic traits of 43 sweet buckwheat varieties(lines) was analyzed by principal component analysis and cluster analysis in this experiment. The results showed that the genetic diversity of plant height, node number of main stem, branch number, stem diameter, grain projected area, grain number per plant and grain weight per plant were rich with the coefficient of variation higher than 10%, so the differences among varieties were larger. The other phenotypic traits related to grain shape showed small variation with the coefficient of variation less than 10%, so their genetic stability were higher. The results of principal component analysis showed that the cumulative contribution rate of four principal components was 79.642%. The first and the fourth principal component could be called grain trait factor, the second one coule be called plant type factor, and the third one could be called yield factor. Through cluster analysis combined with germplasm characteristics, the 43 sweet buckwheat varieties(lines) could be divided into four categories as high-yielding varieties(lines), dwarf high-yielding varieties(lines), large-grain varieties(lines) and round-grain varieties(lines). Based on the above analyses, we found high-yielding, dwarf, large-grain and thick-stalk parent materials, as well as high-yielding varieties of sweet buckwheat which could be directly used in production and for silage.
