摘要
目的调查临床护士心理安全感现状,探讨护士组织气氛、心理资本和心理安全感之间的相关关系及作用路径。方法采用便利抽样法抽取浙江省2所三级甲等医院的360名护士为调查对象,采用一般资料调查表、护士组织气氛感知量表、修订版护士心理资本问卷、心理安全感量表对其进行调查。结果收回有效问卷341份。341名临床护士心理安全感总分为(57.78±11.94)分,组织气氛总分为(116.23±21.28)分,心理资本总分为(87.24±16.43)分。组织气氛与心理资本之间呈正相关(r=0.622,P<0.01),组织气氛与心理安全感呈正相关(r=0.612,P<0.01),心理资本与心理安全感呈正相关(r=0.631,P<0.01)。心理资本在组织气氛与心理安全感间起部分中介作用,中介效应占总效应的42.42%。结论临床护士心理安全感处于中等偏上水平,心理资本在组织气氛与心理安全感间起部分中介作用,护理管理者可采取相关措施提高护士组织气氛感知水平,同时开发护士心理资本,促进护士心理安全感水平。
Objective To investigate the present status of psychological security of clinical nurses,study the correlation and interaction pathway between nurses’organizational climate,psychological capital and psychological security.Method Choose 360 nurses from two GradeⅢLevel A hospitals in Zhejiang Province by convenient sampling and investigate them by general information questionnaire,Nurse’s Organizational Climate Scale,Psychological Capital Questionnaire Revised(PCQ-R)and Security Questionnaire(SQ).Result Totally 341 valid questionnaire are received.The total score on psychological security of 341 clinical nurses is(57.78±11.94).The total score on organizational climate is(116.23±21.28)and the total score on psychological capital is(87.24±16.43).Organizational climate has positive correlation with psychological capital(r=0.622,P<0.01)and psychological security(r=0.612,P<0.01).Psychological capital has positive correlation with psychological security(r=0.631,P<0.01).Psychological capital has partial mediating effect between organizational climate and psychological security,accounting for 42.42%of the total effect.Conclusion Clinical nurses’psychological security is in medium level and above.Psychological capital has partial mediating effect between organizational climate and psychological security.Nursing managers can take measures to improve nurses’perceived organizational climate,develop their psychological capital and improve nurses’psychological security.
