摘要
以石棉尾矿为原料,将焙烧“解毒”后的石棉尾矿与水泥混合,采用压制成型法制备免烧砖,研究了物料配比、拌和水用量及成型压力对免烧砖抗压强度的影响。结果表明,当水泥掺量为“解毒”后石棉尾矿质量的14%,拌和水用量为12%,成型压力分别为20 MPa和25 MPa时,制备的免烧砖抗压强度分别为10.03 MPa和15.86 MPa,满足GB/T 5101-2017《烧结普通砖》中MU10和MU15强度等级要求。微观分析表明,水泥水化产物主要为硅酸钙凝胶与钙矾石,水化产物填充在免烧砖样品内部空隙中,形成致密的网状结构,从而提高免烧砖的强度。
Taking asbestos tailings as raw material,the asbestos tailings after roasting and"detoxification"were mixed with cement,and bakingfree bricks were prepared by pressing forming method.The effects of material ratio,mixing water dosage and forming pressure on the compressive strength of baking-free bricks were studied.The results show that when the cement content is 14%of the quality of"detoxification"asbestos tailings,the amount of mixing water is 12%,and the molding pressure is 20 MPa and 25 MPa,the compressive strength of the baking-free bricks can reach 10.03 MPa and 15.86 MPa respectively,which meet the strength grade requirements of MU10 and MU15 in GB/T 5101-2017"Fired common bricks".Microcosmic analysis shows that cement hydration products are mainly calcium silicate gel and ettringite.Hydration products fill the internal voids of baking-free brick samples to form a dense network structure,thus improve the strength of baking-free brick.
