摘要
基于固废资源化利用和可持续发展需求,采用再生聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料(EPS)颗粒和改性脱硫石膏,制备EPS/脱硫石膏复合材料。利用聚乙烯醇(PVA)纤维对复合材料进行增强增韧改性,研究了PVA纤维不同体积掺量对EPS/脱硫石膏复合材料的工作性、容重、力学性能、导热系数、干缩性能及抗冻性能的影响,并探讨其改性机理。结果表明,当掺量不超过0.8%时,掺入PVA纤维使复合材料流动度、导热系数降低,抗压、抗折强度明显上升,压折比逐渐减小,PVA纤维对复合材料抗裂增韧作用显著。当PVA纤维掺量为0.8%时,导热系数为0.295 W/(m·K),干缩率为659.6×10^(-6),抗冻性能明显增强,EPS/脱硫石膏复合材料综合性能最佳。
Based on the demand for solid waste resource utilization and sustainable development,EPS/desulfurization gypsum composites were prepared by regenerated EPS particles and modified desulfurization gypsum.Polyvinyl alcohol(PVA)fibers were used to reinforce and toughen the composites,the influence of different volume fractions of PVA fibers on fluidity,apparent density,mechanical properties,thermal conductivity,dry shrinkage and frost resistance of EPS/desulfurization gypsum composites were investigated,and its modification mechanism was explored.The results show that when the content of PVA fiber does not exceed 0.8%,the fluidity and thermal conductivity of the composite material decrease,the compressive and flexural strength increase significantly,the compression-flexure ratio decreases gradually,and the PVA fiber has a significant effect on the cracking and toughening of the composites.When the content of PVA fiber is 0.8%,the thermal conductivity is 0.295 W/(m·K),the dry shrinkage rate is 659.6×10^(-6),the frost resistance is obviously enhanced,and the EPS/desulfurization gypsum composites have the best performance.
